Colorado Food Summit
The Colorado Food Summit was launched to strengthen connections between diverse urban food goals and the state’s agricultural economy—creating viable market opportunities that build wealth for Colorado’s farmers, ranchers, and rural communities. Initiated by the Colorado State University Food Systems team, the inaugural event in January 2020 brought together key stakeholders to highlight Colorado’s robust agricultural sector and foster meaningful linkages with Denver’s growing food markets.
Summit materials included branded conference signage, an event agenda, table tents, PowerPoint slides, a “Know Before You Go” email, and a dedicated conference website. The design approach aligned with CSU’s brand identity while emphasizing the summit’s core theme: bridging rural and urban food systems.
